Dodi
Walter, Jeff Watkins & Mark Weld
"A
Little Bit of Country and Some Jazz Too"
(Upstairs Gallery)
July 29 - September 3

The Upstairs
Gallery will be featuring "A Little Bit
of Country and Some Jazz Too," paintings by Dody Walter,
Jeff Watkins and Mark Weld.
Dody
Walters is a signature member of the Niagara Frontier
Watercolor Society. Self taught, she believes her gift of artistry
comes from her late grandfather and an early love of nature.
She is frequently selected to participate in invitational shows
and events.
If
you've been in the old M&T bank or in the Lockport Municipal
Building, then you've already seen examples of Jeff Watkins'
work. He cites the influence of Joseph Whalen, Mirian Hazen and
the late Bill Storrs, in developing his interests in watercolor
which he started late in his artistic career.
Mark
Weld is a member of the Buffalo Society of Artists
and the Central New York Watercolor Society, his favorite scenes
to paint come from his other great interest, Jazz.
Reception
was July 29. During
the reception, live music was provided by David Stockton
and there was a wine tasting hosted by Chippone Cellars
of Newfane.
