Get your stuff off the kitchen table and produce your best work in the creative atmosphere of an art based community center.
Studios are also available as office space for your creative business.
Some studios overlook the Erie Canal with natural light and a great view. Some are large enough to be shared. All are located in an historic renovated factory building.
Our rents are affordable and most include utilities. Leases are on a month to month basis so you do not have to make a long term commitment.
